Vedic Astrology When does a planet become Vargottama?

If a planet (say Moon) is in the same sign (say Leo) in both D-1 (Birth) and D-9 (Navashma) charts, then the planet, Moon, is called Vargottma. Mangal Kothari

Let me add two lines here.

 

Vargottam means " vargo mein Uttam " i.e. any planet who is in same sign

in birth chart and ANY of the divisional chart, it is said that the

planet is powerful and is vargottam.
