Dear Nishesh,You both can start fasting on Saturdays as this the day ruled by UL in both the charts. It should be from sunrise to sunset. During this time, one can take some liquid like tea, coffee, juice or little milk. But not in excessive quantity. You can take meal after sunset. Do not stop this fasting ever. If your health is not allowing, you can avoid fasting on that day. Do with good faith on God and you'll start getting guidance in few weeks.
