He was Chairman of ICAS Chandigarh Chapter and though in his mid 70s he was very active. May his works be read and remembered. The ICAS Chandigarh chapter has more than 250-300 students for every Semester Exam which shows the hard work put in by ICAS Chandigarh and Shri Duggal. He authored some fantastic books titled a) Interpretation Of Planetary Transit b) Revelations Of Medical Astrology-2nd Revised & Enlarged Edition c) Vedic Astrological Calculations May his contribution to astrology be remembered forever. If any of his senior students are reading this pls write to us at admin so that an article can be prepared on his life and times.
