I'd like to clarify if these foodgrains have to be cooked and eaten if it relates to a FM planet or should be donated. pls enlighten. Namaste. Granted, it does not strengthen but some how or other it does help positively eating an appropriate food pertaining to the F/B planet. Like wise for the F/M., it does harm.
