If MMP itself is a weak planet due to combust or in delibirated sign,does that mean the malific effects of MMP will be also reduced to that extent. OR a MMP is always taken as powerful and damaging all the time. In following horoscope venus is MMP being lord of 12H but in infant stage and combust with sun in 8th house,does it means it's malific effects are also weak.
