Mercury, dispositor is in the twelfth. If strength is otherwise there, would you say besides creative or intelligent career or career with children as Mars rules the fifth. Can you say they would travel to distant lands or have a foreign stay during the Mars period, because the dispositor is in the twelfth? Usually we only talk about residence and ownership of the planet for a subperiod. Now if the dispositor is important and it's near the MEP, why wouldn't you say there is more than a chance? I mean, is that not a good indicator, or is it just that there needs to be more than a few indicators? And I don't see what you mean about the chart. Why does it look like an evening chart? Weak planets indicate a chance where strong planets indicate a good chance.
