But how strengthen the prime significance of the malefic planet if it is weak . If you strengthen them, they get more power to inflict their harm. Once, you understand the difference between 'propitiation'and 'strengthening', you will understand the problem with your line, in your original post that read: " I want to ask you about how to strenghten functional malefics venus... " Basically, your need seems to suggest if there is any way to turn the malefic effects of Venus to Benefic effects for you. ....and I have not yet come to that chapter, in the System Approach books. Guest guest Posted December 3, 2005 Report Share Posted December 3, 2005 Hello Dev, If a functional malefic is strong(well placed and non afflicting) it will promote its general and particular significations.So if it is a karaka for health this signification will be taken care of. Nothing need be done.What propitiation in this case does is takes care of the transit afflictions by this planet since it is a F.malefic. In the event that a F.malefic is weak because of placement,strength or affliction by another malefic then its general and particular significations will suffer including health for which it is the karaka. In such cases too propitiation of the said planet will reduce the malefic effect and enhance the good effects..... Hope this explanation helps. Pisceans can strengthen Mars for taking care of health.
