When it aspects moon then it tames the moon and an individual suffers from Depression. But if we take Kumbha as a lagna then saturn is the lord of ascdt (and hence FB) and when it aspects moon (a FM for kumpbha lagna) then will it give the same kind of result like Depression, moodiness etc ? It is a combination of a benefic and another malefic. Consequently, if the moon gives benefic results, the Saturn would give malefic results and vice versa. The effect of this combination will last till the age of 44 years. Therefore, those who have this combination should make sure that they do not have any such habit which might turn Saturn all the more malefic, like drinking, eating meat and having affairs with other women. The more righteous the person is the better would be the results of this combination. In the 12th house, if the combination is maintained as benefic, then he will not be selfish. Saturn will inculcate vairagya [detachment], one who doesn’t give importance to material things over his conscience and self respect. In case the combination is malefic, or made malefic through individual actions, then he may not have comfort from spouse.
