Questions About Chart

It is evident from the above chart that there are many difficulties

in this young lady's life. All planets are weak. Jupiter and Venus

are badly placed and debilitated. Mars and Sun are in old age.

Saturn is in infancy. The general and particular significations of

the Moon and Mercury are affected by their affliction to each other

and from the Rahu/Ketu axis. My questions are:

1) What effect on the 9th and 3rd houses does the mutual affliction

of Moon, Mercury, and Rahu/Ketu have?

2) What effect on the signs of Libra and Aries does the mutual

affliction of Moon, Mercury, and Rahu/Ketu have?

3) Can we assume that Sun, Mars, Venus, and Saturn (even though

weak) near the MEPs help bring some benefit to the houses they

touch?
