Impact of Rahu aspecting Saturn and Saturn aspecting Ketu

Dear Prof and list,

 

Was there a post on any of the Satva lists where this topic was

covered? Alternatively, is there a file on yournetastrologer or any of

the lists? I searched all of these and could not find it, so I would

be grateful if someone could point me to it.

Hello Sunil,

 

The impact of Rahu's close aspect on Saturn would be felt in two ways. One

the general significations of Saturn and the Saturn's mooltrikona sign house

significations in a particular chart.

 

The impact of Saturn's aspect on Ketu would be helpful where Saturn is

functional benefic as it would contain the damage done by Ketu. The impact

of Saturn's aspect on Ketu would be bad where both of these planets are

functional malefics and they are near the MEP of the natal charts. Where

they are not near the MEP there may be mild disturbance in the form of delay

or short lived obstructions.

Thanks for your reply. From this I would gather that Cancer, Virgo

and Pisces ascendants would have the worst effects, with a close

affliction from malefic Rahu to malefic Saturn, and from Saturn to

Ketu. Coincidentally, these are the signs also occupied by these

planets. If any of these planets also closely afflict the MEP or any

planets in the natal chart, one might expect tragic events to occur

during this prolonged configuration.

I do currently suffer from acidity ( I am running Sat/Sat).
