Weak attributes

Dear Professor,

In self learning course, it is given that a planet is considered weak

for the purpose of its particular significations only , if its

Multrikona is afflicted.

 

1. What about general significations of the planet? If the general

significations are not hampered, may I consider the planet is strong

for the purpose of general significations?

 

2. What about the placement significations and general significations

in case, the placement house is strong, all other attributes okay, only

the MULTRIKONA IS AFFLICTED?

 

3. What about the general significations and Multrikona significations,

in case, the placement house is afflicted provided all other attributes

okay including its Multrikona?
