Guest guest
Dear list, I am reluctant to ask - so if this is not an appopriate use of the list, let me know: I am doing some serious soul-searching in the area of career and vocation. This has always been an area of much dissatisfaction for me. I have read the material on the web and in the professor's vocational book, but I am very reluctant to make any judgements based on my meager experience. I know the general associations with Aquarius rising. I am also under the impression that the ruler of the Dasamaha divisional chart is important, which I believe would be Venus. Would this suggest artistic work? Could I get any ideas, suggestions or analysis of profitable and suitable professional areas based on my chart? Thank You for any efforts! Guest guest
Hello Mr. Wollin, Planetary influences in your chart do indicate profession ruled by Venus. The delays are caused by the weakness of the planets Jupiter, Mars and the Sun. Guest guest
Thank You, Sir. I do have a kavach and I have noticed an improvement in life since I acquired it. Hopefully, this will help with the delays as well. Terrance siha wrote: Hello Mr. Wollin, Planetary influences in your chart do indicate profession ruled by Venus. Guest guest
Hi Terrance, I hope you don't mind me adding a few observations. SA says that in the absence of a 10H or 2H MT sign, the lagna ruler becomes the prime determinant. In this case, that would be Saturn which is strong and placed in the 9H of Libra. Saturn rules the masses, technology, and teaching. Also, SA states that planets aspecting the prime determinants become secondary significators. In this case, strong Venus plays that role in addition to it being the lord of dasamsa. Venus rules the arts, hospitality, finance, law, and advising. Both of the planets were subperiod rulers during the formative career ages of 16-24 years. Jupiter and Sun both aspect the 1H MEP. Both are administrators, but because they are weak in your chart, they prevent you from rising to the absolute top. You could find governmental work as a mid-manager, perhaps. The 9H is guru or teacher. Libra is advising and arts. I could see you in a teaching or advising role in the arts perhaps with some element of technology reaching out to many people (the masses). In December of 2008 you will enter your strong Saturn main period and Saturn subperiod. You will find niche at this time. Meanwhile, the Professor's advice of remedial measures will help prepare you for this fortunate time in your life. Best wishes to you in your career and your study of Systems Approach!
