Given the current transits, what is likelihood of winning case . Time 7.30am place - chittoor date- 11-06-1977 In natal chart, 6th lord mars is with venus and jupiter is aspecting 6th from 12th house. 6th lord transit mars is in ascendant, but will be debiltated soon. The Sun rules success and courage, and Saturn rules over your fortune. A strong Mars for courage and a strong Sun and/or Jupiter for fortune would be helpful as well. As your sub-period lord Saturn will be soon be more than 2 degrees away from Rahu in transit, your fortune should be on the upswing. None of your planets are badly placed in transit. For Gemini Asc, mars is 6th lord, but there is no MT in 6th house. Should we just shift those significations to sun who is 3rd lord for success. For gemini ascendant, which planet is THE significator for litigation. All these days I was confident of extending job in same hospital, but irony is my friends in other parts of UK have managed to get job with HSMP visa. But our hospital has not considered my application despite me knowing consultants personally and clearly explaining that I have HSMP visa. So is fate of 3-4 indian doctors in my hospital. That is reason for taking matter legally. I am just waiting for sani to totally come out of Rahu's influence on May 30. I would anticipate sani to swing fortunes in my favour, no matter what is happening in natal chart( sun being afflicted by rahu ) For some reason I am reciting sani and yama mantras ( pratyadhidevata) since akshaya tithi. I am relying on 12 more months of sani bhukthi to bring stability in career. Well as to remedies, I have tried many things ( gems, mantras), but success is limited becuase of weak jupiter. As to serving people, I do it everyday as part of my profession. As to serving parents, I have kept them happy till now. So it is a good time to initiate any legal proceedings. Reciting the Sani mantras is fine, but the former itself is not intentionally causing harm. You should focus your attention to persistent Rahu/Ketu propitiations, as is mentioned on the Professor's website. All of the planets can play a role, but the Sun as the lord of the 3rd house ruling courage, initiatives, and success and Saturn as the lord of the ninth house ruling fortune stand out as being more significant in your case. These planets especially should be strong in both the natal and transit charts. For you, Saturn is quite strong in the natal chart, suffering only slight weakness on the account of Moon being weak in pakshabala, but the Sun is badly placed and afflicted. In transit, Saturn is moving more than 2 degrees away from Rahu and will not be bothered by Rahu's influence as long as transit Moon is simultaneously strong. Both the Sun and Saturn need to be strong in ther natal and transit charts to ensure success in litigation, or in any other other endeavor. Mercury is a karaka for the 6th house, so it's strength would help as well. You should try strengthening your planets anyway, even if you haven't had success in the past. Since transit Jupiter is going to the sixth house soon the chances of conflicts are there for those born in Gemini. The success is ruled by the Sun.
