The Sun the prime signifactor is well placed and strong its MT has ketu but it is not within 1 degree range so does not afflict. Death occured in Ra/Me/Ve , the subperiod lord is debilated in D12 and D9 but it is not the signifactor of father. Mercury placed in the ninth house is combust and also under the affliction of the most malefic planet. At the time of the death the most malefic planet was transiting the MEP of the fourth house. When the planet is weak and there are close afflictions, the transit influences can cause the indications irrespective of the sub period. Only the strong sub period lords can bear the impact of affliction of the MMP.
