I am studying all these books and related articles from this site, but I could not understand the speech problem of below given details of healthy boy. In the chart the MBP: Venus is in 2nd, Yogakaraka Mars in Asc, Asc lord Moon is in 5th, Sun & Mercury in 3rd, The present Dasa lord Saturn in 10th in Debiliation. Most MMP: Rahu & Ketu are 2/8 axis and aflicting these houses and Saturn. So problem is still he is not able to speak a single word. Presently they are stayng in Tokyo and visiting Doctors for therapy but there is no improvements. The second lord becomes weak because of weakness of dispositor. Mercury, karaka for communicative skills, is combust in Lagna and deb in D-9 Chart. 2nd house is afflicted by Rahu. Lagna Lord Moon is debilitated. Jupiter is also very old and ill placed while the 6th house is afflicted by Rahu. Malefic Saturn afflicts the natal houses while being in debilitation. The child took birth during MD of malefic, weak and debilitated Saturn. There seems a little chances of having normal life. The longetivity is also a concern for the native. Regular propition may help. PS: Please also consider the analysis of other learned members of the list especially Prof VKC. I am still learning. Significator for speech and lord of the third house Mercury ruling power of communication is in combustion and is weak despite being exalted. The Sun is weak due to the weakness of its dispositor and the MEP of its mooltrikona sign house being under the severe affliction of Rahu-Ketu axis.
