What will be the suitable period for me start a successful business (if such yogas exist). I was advised by some, to use my wife's name to start a business to avoid any losses. Pls advise. Some business opportunity can be used by your wife. This year is not a good time to venture into any such activity. Up to the end of this year the time is not good for both you and your wife. Most of my natal planets are in young or old age. But most of my natal planets are at MEP of the houses. (I am assuming MEP is same as rising degree in each house..which is 1'46 " for me) or at midpoint of the house. Most of the natal planets are located in Kendra or Trikona. I read your article about " Planetary Combustion " . I was hoping that functional benefics if combust gives good results. Also I was assuming, that my Saturn is good (though old)..which may allow me to start Service oriented business. My Sun and Moon Mahadasha's were good for me. So I am not sure whether " Your planets are weak " is regarding starting business only. Is it ok, If I start a business with my wife as a owner? (in short can I use yogas in her chart..and do all work myself?) What things in my chart indicates my luck so far? and Do you see any issues in future? The Sun ruling business (3H) is in its sign of debilitation and in infancy. Mars and Venus are weak by age and combustion. However, the conjunction of these three planets helps and brings some balance to a good degree. Can you do business? I think that with very hard work, a roboust plan for small incremental, steady gains (vs huge turn overs in short time spans), and strengthening your seven FB planets, there can be success. Currently you are in a Rahu subperiod until the end of Feb 2007, so no proper astrologer will recommend that you begin new ventures now as Rahu sits in H6 natally, though unafflicting. The Mo/Ju period comes next. Jupiter is almost fully strong in this chart with very slight weakness given by Saturn in 5% old age. The Moon makes a close aspect to the 1H from the 7H and is slightly dark. I believe that this will be a good period for you. The stretch of sub periods to follow are those of FB planets until mid 2011. Ra/Ke is badly placed and in their signs of debilitation. This makes them even more malefic when they aspect transiting planets. Don't fear; SA remedies will help greatly when done with full faith and started at the right muhurta. Health and debts need guarding against in the long term. Always remember, nothing is cast in stone. If at birth your karma said XYZ, but you pay the price voluntarily and work hard to accumulate good karma and unlock stored away caches, then good progress can be made. If you do nothing in the realm of higher progress, then the default values of the natal chart bares full fruit. Regarding your wife's chart, she runs Sa/Ma from mid May 2007. Mars is strong enough in this chart. As far as business in her name goes, I am unclear about how SA views this. Amongst the planets Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon give comparatively better results. Business in the name of your wife wherein everything will be managed by you may suffer setbacks. Combust planets when strengthened can give better resutls and even then they remain vulnerable to transit afflictions.
