Dear Sujit,

 

Yes I agree to Professor as he teaches us on list so free advice is no there.

However I would like to increase your knowledge and consequently you will be

able to judeg yourself whether you can settle there or not.

See from Arudha where 12th house is giving you fame or comes as 4th from AL.

Alternatively for timing you should see any combo primarily Major period lord

and sub period lord aspecting 12th house for going to abroad.

also check placement of 4th lord from 4th house and 12th lord from 12th house

to see success in foreign land.
