Hello my dear Thor,

Thanks.

During the course of discussions one important factors discussed was that

when a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an affliction, the

results of afflictions surface during the sub period and transit influence

of that functional benefic planet.

Report on the discussions in the Conference would by given by Dr. Sankara

Bhagvadpada later.

Best wishes,

Dear ,

Glad to hear the conference is going well and that new insights are

emerging. The new insight you mention seems to fit very well within

the overall logic of SA.

Perhaps the following related question came up at the conference.

Assume there is an aspect of a functional benefic to a functional

malefic in a non-dusthana house of an MT sign. Further, assume the FM

is not afflicting the house in question. Would the favourable

influence of this aspect show up during the period of the dispositor

(of the functional malefic)?

Best wishes,

Thor

Hello my dear Thor,

When there is a mutual aspect between a FB and a FM the FB suffers more.

The favourable influence of this aspect would be shown during the period of

the dispositor but the extent will be limited.

Dear ,

Thank you for the additional insight.

It makes sense that the impact is less when mutual aspect is there. I

was also thinking of cases where Saturn and Mars as FBs

cast 3, 4, 8 or 10 house aspects to FMs in benefic MT signs.

In such cases the aspect would not be mutual and a favourable

influence could therefore be experienced in the period of the

dispositor of the FM planet involved.

Hello dear list members,

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PREDICTIVE ASTROLOGY

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF SYSTEMS'APPROACH ASTROLOGERS

Club South, South City-II,

Gurgaon, India.

24th and 25th February, 2007.

The Conference started with a welcome address by Mr. Kumar Jhuraney and

the message from Dr. Shyan Smith, President, IIPA Colorado Chapter, USA, was

also read to the participants. The Conference opened with discussions on

World Affairs read with reference to the current transit influences and the

charts of US President. The participants shared their experiences and

discussed applications of the predictive techniques in the horoscopes

presented by them.

The following Systems'Approach astrologers participated in the

deliberations/proceedings of the Conference.

1. Dr. Jonathan Miller, President, IIPA California Chapter, USA.

2. Dr. Ms Sloan Johnson, USA,

3. Mr. R. K. Chadha, President, IIPA India Chapter, New Delhi.

4. Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada, chennai, India.

5. Dr. Mrs. K Batra, Gurgaon, India.

20. Mr. Vicaas Vansh Sharma, Bangalore, India.

21. Mr. Rajesh Hasija, Gurgaon, India

22. Mr. , Gurgaon, India.

During the course of discussiions the following important points emerged:

1. When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an affliction,

the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and transit

influence of that functional benefic planet.

2. Prediction of unfavorable results can be made due to the significations

ruled by the weak planets even if there are no afflictions in the natal

chart and no planet is badly placed.

3. In case of badly placed utterly weak planets the exact afflictions can

cause severe problems at birth. A case study was presented for the child

reported to be blind at birth where weak Venus was placed in the twelfth

house under the exact affliction of Ketu and after a couple of months of the

birth the Rahu-Ketu axis was stationary at the ascending degree.

4. Transit influences were also explained in the Indian Independence Chart

for the following important incidents in the week ending 25th February,

2007:

(a) More than 5% fall in the stock market index where wealth estimated

more than Rs. 2000m was lost.

(b) 21 people died in a boat mishap.

© 68 people died in a terrorist attack on the Samjhota Express Train.

(d) Sharp conflicts in political parties over SP Govt in the state of UP

and the ruling Central Government.

Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada made an illustrious presentation on the

spiritual aspect of SA astrology discussing the transit significant event of

Moksha (realisation) of Rev. Ramana Maharishi. The presentation included the

birth rectification done through the important events of his life. The

charts of other religious heads; Rev. Pope and Shirdi Sai Baba were also

discussed for drawing comparisons on spiritual aspects of life. The

participants throughly enjoyed the presentation which refreshed the memory

of important SA sutras, as well.

Best wishes,

Re: Re: The Third International Conference of SA

Astrologers

Hello dear list members,

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PREDICTIVE ASTROLOGY

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF SYSTEMS'APPROACH ASTROLOGERS

Club South, South City-II,

Gurgaon, India.

24th and 25th February, 2007.

The Conference started with a welcome address by Mr. Kumar Jhuraney and

the message from Dr. Shyan Smith, President, IIPA Colorado Chapter, USA, was

also read to the participants. The Conference opened with discussions on

World Affairs read with reference to the current transit influences and the

charts of US President. The participants shared their experiences and

discussed applications of the predictive techniques in the horoscopes

presented by them.

The following Systems'Approach astrologers participated in the

deliberations/proceedings of the Conference.

1. Dr. Jonathan Miller, President, IIPA California Chapter, USA.

2. Dr. Ms Sloan Johnson, USA,

3. Mr. R. K. Chadha, President, IIPA India Chapter, New Delhi.

4. Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada, chennai, India.

5. Dr. Mrs. K Batra, Gurgaon, India.

6. Mr. Kumar Jhuraney, New Delhi, India.

7. Mr. Jagdish Sethi, New Delhi, India.

8. Mr. Aman Deep Saini, Delhi,India.

9. Mr. S.K. Virmani, Gurgaon, India.

10. Mr.Nawal Kishore, New Delhi, India.

11. Mr.Gaurav Dhameja, Faridabad, India.

12. Mr.Rakesh Sharma, Gurgaon, India.

13. Ms.Sunita Singhal, New Delhi, India.

14. Mr.K.Rajesh Chaudhary, Vice President, IIPA India Chapter, Gurgaon.

15. Mr. Pradeep Sethi, New Delhi, India.

16. Ms Anju Sethi, New Delhi, India.

17. Colonel B. K. Kailash, Noida, India.

18. Mr. R.C.Srivastava, Agra, India.

19. Cdr. Ashutosh Pandey, Delhi, India.

|

|

| Hello dear list members,

|

|

|

| INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PREDICTIVE ASTROLOGY

| INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF SYSTEMS'APPROACH ASTROLOGERS

|

|

| Club South, South City-II,

| Gurgaon, India.

| 24th and 25th February, 2007.

|

| The Conference started with a welcome address by Mr. Kumar Jhuraney and

| the message from Dr. Shyan Smith, President, IIPA Colorado Chapter, USA,

was

| also read to the participants. The Conference opened with discussions on

| World Affairs read with reference to the current transit influences and

the

| charts of US President. The participants shared their experiences and

| discussed applications of the predictive techniques in the horoscopes

| presented by them.

|

|

|

| The following Systems'Approach astrologers participated in the

| deliberations/proceedings of the Conference.

|

| 1. Dr. Jonathan Miller, President, IIPA California Chapter, USA.

| 2. Dr. Ms Sloan Johnson, USA,

| 3. Mr. R. K. Chadha, President, IIPA India Chapter, New Delhi.

| 4. Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada, chennai, India.

| 5. Dr. Mrs. K Batra, Gurgaon, India.

| 6. Mr. Kumar Jhuraney, New Delhi, India.

| 7. Mr. Jagdish Sethi, New Delhi, India.

| 8. Mr. Aman Deep Saini, Delhi,India.

| 9. Mr. S.K. Virmani, Gurgaon, India.

| 10. Mr.Nawal Kishore, New Delhi, India.

| 11. Mr.Gaurav Dhameja, Faridabad, India.

| 12. Mr.Rakesh Sharma, Gurgaon, India.

| 13. Ms.Sunita Singhal, New Delhi, India.

| 14. Mr.K.Rajesh Chaudhary, Vice President, IIPA India Chapter, Gurgaon.

| 15. Mr. Pradeep Sethi, New Delhi, India.

| 16. Ms Anju Sethi, New Delhi, India.

| 17. Colonel B. K. Kailash, Noida, India.

| 18. Mr. R.C.Srivastava, Agra, India.

| 19. Cdr. Ashutosh Pandey, Delhi, India.

| 20. Mr. Vicaas Vansh Sharma, Bangalore, India.

| 21. Mr. Rajesh Hasija, Gurgaon, India

| 22. Mr. , Gurgaon, India.

|

| During the course of discussiions the following important points

emerged:

|

| 1. When a functional benefic planet becomes dispositor of an

affliction,

| the results of afflictions surface during the sub period and transit

| influence of that functional benefic planet.

|

| 2. Prediction of unfavorable results can be made due to the

significations

| ruled by the weak planets even if there are no afflictions in the natal

| chart and no planet is badly placed.

|

| 3. In case of badly placed utterly weak planets the exact afflictions

can

| cause severe problems at birth. A case study was presented for the child

| reported to be blind at birth where weak Venus was placed in the twelfth

| house under the exact affliction of Ketu and after a couple of months of

the

| birth the Rahu-Ketu axis was stationary at the ascending degree.

|

| 4. Transit influences were also explained in the Indian Independence

Chart

| for the following important incidents in the week ending 25th February,

| 2007:

|

| (a) More than 5% fall in the stock market index where wealth estimated

| more than Rs. 2000m was lost.

|

| (b) 21 people died in a boat mishap.

|

| © 68 people died in a terrorist attack on the Samjhota Express Train.

|

| (d) Sharp conflicts in political parties over SP Govt in the state of

UP

| and the ruling Central Government.

|

| Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada made an illustrious presentation on the

| spiritual aspect of SA astrology discussing the transit significant event

of

| Moksha (realisation) of Rev. Ramana Maharishi. The presentation included

the

| birth rectification done through the important events of his life. The

| charts of other religious heads; Rev. Pope and Shirdi Sai Baba were also

| discussed for drawing comparisons on spiritual aspects of life. The

| participants throughly enjoyed the presentation which refreshed the

memory

| of important SA sutras, as well.

|

| Best wishes,

Dear Professor Sir,

My heartiest congratulations to you and Rakesh Ji for

successfully hosting the conference. The topics of

discussion at the conference and healthy participation

of noted astrologers add another chapter to your

commendable efforts in making this ancient art and

science simple and straight forward to learn and

practice thereafter.

I have truly missed it, that is what I can conclude.

Hello dear Rajul,

Thanks for your kind words.

You missed it this time but opportunities in life keep on coming. To derive

the benefit of discussions one has to be present in the Conference. There is

no alternative to it. A more detailed report is likely to be made by Dr.

Sankara Bhagavadpada.

Best wishes,

Hello dear list members,

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PREDICTIVE ASTROLOGY
