In that particular case the lord of sixth is close to his fourth house MEP besides his tenth lord being under the exact affliction of Rahu. I need to buy your book on medical astrology. 2) 4H owner on 6H MEP, this means the person would get into a lot of arguments at home, with mother, perhaps over property, but would also mean the person would win these arguments, wouldn't it? On the MEP it is helpful, somewhat. The strength of the general significators for 4H and the planets that rule the body parts signified by 4H, should also be examined.
