She quit her first job and in her 2nd and 3rd jobs, established private companies have shut shop and now in her 4th job which is a new private set up and she is among the few important persons selected. All the time she never had difficulty finding her next job? Would like to know what is causing job instability. Do you feel her 4th job will last?
