If this chart is the right chart, Me and Ju are badly placed in H12, and under the close aspect of Ra, Mo (only slightly weak) and Sa are in H2, Ma and Ve (deb in navamsa) are in H11, the Sun is in H1. Ra/Ke are in 4/10Hs. The axis in this case would be closely afflicting all odd number houses; the Sun, Ve, Ju, Sa, and Mars become influenced . Financially solvency is seen through the Moon and Venus in the Gemini ASC. The Moon is only slighty weak, Ve is deb in D9 and its House and MTH is closely afflicted by Ketu. Importantly, Ketu's maha dasha has been running around the beginning of 2002. Please confirm if your TOB is very accurate, or a 5 minute variance is within reason. If the birth time changes by 5 or 10 minutes position of planets in the divisionals will also change. In my own case (I came to know the hard way) that my birth time was off by more than an hour, thereby changing the lagna itself. My chart reads as Ju in lagna, Me,Sa & Su in 2H, Ve & Ma in 12H and Mo in 3H and 4H & 10H Ra Ke resptly. I want to know whether Mars Maha Dasha in coming year is good for me or not, so to reduce my debts as it is 6H & 11H lord. And why Mo did not helped in in the matter as lord of 2H placed in 3H without any affliction. One observation - have your chart professionally rectified since two minutes over 6am will change to Cancer. Debts is seen through Jupiter in utter infancy in the 12H. Perhaps you should also do the remedies for Jupiter and Saturn while this is sorted out - if it's not needed, there is no loss because blessings are gained. Just a thought.
