The person though being a highly qualified age 31yrs is still un married no affliction to any of houses,all planets are good placed and strong, In such case can propitiation of moon grant marriage,now moon is extremely weak and badly placed in h6,so in such case can we strengthen moon or propitiation of moon on regular basis can grant him marriage. The propitiation of the FMs and strengthening of FBs can help in curtailing the delay.
