She is on Ketu main period, Mercury sub-period (her worst planet, I guess). On november, she will enter Venus dasha, a good planet for her, placed on Taurus, 4th, 9L, afecting the 10th. But she has influences of malefic Moon and Mercury also. So what should she expect, regarding profession/getting a job on Venus dasha? Her desire is to work for the government.
