Weakness of planets in Divisional charts

Namasthe.

 

If a planet is very strong in D-1 & D-9 passing all SA

conditions , but it goes in to debilitation in one

divisional chart(Say D-11), during its dasa/bukthi, to

what extent will there be troube to earnings,etc.
