Guest guest Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 Dear Friends, Dasha on Oct 25, 1929, was: *Ra/Su/Me/Ve/**Ve*, in the *USA chart (July 2, 1776, @ 4:48:46 pm, in Philadelphia, PA:USA)* In SA, the bhukti lord should tell the picture, so let us look to the bhukti lord, the Sun: 1) the Sun is the significator of stock markets. 2) the result of a bhukti lord has to be seen in relation to the dasha lord. In this case, the natal Sun is placed in the 12th house in relation to natal Rahu, indicating LOSSES. 3) In relation to the ascendant, the natal Sun is badly placed in the 8th house of obstacles. 4) Transit Sun was debilitated and badly placed in the 12th house of LOSSES. 5) Ketu brings unexpected events. Natal Sun was exactly afflicted by transit afflicted Ketu from the 12th house of LOSSES, as Ketu is exactly conjunct FM Mars. 6) Transit Mercury was placed in an afflicted H11, as transit Venus, L12 (LOSSES), was over MEP11. 7) Transit Venus was debilitated & afflicted by natal Ketu. The depression was a severe tragic event and may be accountable with your findings since the Sun and Mercury were very weak on Oct.25. One question though: How do you compute the dasa for a chart that is older than 100 years? Have you did any earthquake charts? These are also interesting charts to study. Take care.
