I started looking at dates after March 11th to avoid the Rahu affliction of Mars. From there I found that March 21st has a good Gemini rising between 11am and 12pm (in Fairfield, IA). There is a problem however. All of these times have Rahu and Ketu debilitated in Navamsha. Is this a satisfactory situation or should I continue my search into the future?
