This subject has a strong speech impediment, whereby he rolls his consonants. For example. as opposed to saying " little " it comes out " lill-le " . Can you suggest what planetary factors may cause a speech impediment. Thanks for your consideration. BTW I am certainly enjoying the posts on the SA conference. Congratulations! The lord of ascendant is placed in the sixth house under the exact influence of Ketu and Rahu and the significator for speech Mercury is in infancy and placed in the 8th house. You may see other aspects of life with reference to Aries. Even Pisces ascendant can also be tried where Mars become sthe lord of the second house.
