Can we predict pronounced positive results based on its close conjunction or it will not happen because of its weak strength? I remember reading in your books that a strong planet will give good results( the person would have a good life) but it is the close conjunction or aspect of FB planets that give pronounced results( an eventful life)? In such a situation the results may come with some delay and of slightly lower order. A weak unafflicted planet close to MEP of a house can give some positive results in some cases.
