Guest guest
Hello Claudio, The influence of the Sun and Jupiter on asecendant and/or the tenth house and Ketu on the 12th house take people towards spiritual pursuits and moksha. Male born 15th August, 1963, 11.00 Hrs. 77E24, 23N14, Time Zone 5.30 Hours. This person has the above combinations and he was given diksha by his Guru at the age of 18 years. Beisdes the above planetary influence he has his tenth lord on the MEP of the ninth house, which is still an additional influence for the person to go to spiritual lore. There is no close influence of Rahu or Rahu like planet (Mercury) in the chart. He is a very respected person involved in his religious order and is a celibate. Best wishes. - Claudio Andrade Friday, August 22, 2008 7:40 PM Chart of a saint Dear Professor and group I was wondering how would a saint´s chart look like. Guest guest
Dear : Thank you for sharing this with us. May I ask why Mercury is considered a Rahu-like planet in this chart? Is it because its mooltrikona sign falls in the twelfth house? On another note, is it also possible that the Ketu influence on Mercury takes one's intellect to spiritual pursuits? Thank you! Guest guest
Hello dear Mr. Puri, He has dedicated his life to his religious order. When the Sun is with the lord of the ascendant, the name comes at its own. The influence of Jupiter on these connects them to spirituality. Guest guest
Respected Professor, Yes, certainly, it is quite understood. However, keeping it into consideration that the 3rd Lord Jupiter (Spiritual learning and initiation) occupies in 6h of disputes and difference of opinions etc. rendering Jupiter weak and its further afflicition by Rahu in association with Venus in the Navamsa weakens its strength even more. So, under these circumstances, what type of Spirituality the weak and afflicted Jupiter and his aspects shall attribute in the native chart ? Thank you kindly for your further clarification. Guest guest
Hello dear Amit, In general, all those who are preach spirituality today may not necessarily be spiritually enlightened. There are many like Rahu. And for different people there are different stages. We just have to see a broad strength of the significator for soul, morality and the houses ruling dharma and moksha. Guest guest
Dear professor, Kindly explain the role of 10th house with spirituality/saints? Beisdes the above planetary influence he has his tenth lord on the MEP of the ninth house, which is still an additional influence for the person to go to spiritual lore. There is no close influence of Rahu or Rahu like planet (Mercury) in the chart. He is a very respected person involved in his religious order and is a celibate. > > Best wishes. > > > > - > Claudio Andrade > > Friday, August 22, 2008 7:40 PM > Chart of a saint > > > Dear Professor and group > > I was wondering how would a saint´s chart look like. Guest guest
Hello dear Mr. Asaithambe, The strong or fairly well placed 10th house with the blessings of the Sun, Jupiter or the lord of the ninth house paves the way for spiritual development. The influence of Ketu on the tenth or third houses also brings the element of spiritual initiation in the life of the person. The spiritually enlightened persons always act as saints even while performing their worldly duties. When the 10th house, first house or 3rd house are under the influence of Rahu or Rahu like planets one turns away from spirituality. - asaithambe SystemsApproachToVedic Astrology Sunday, March 28, 2010 8:06 AM [systemsApproachToVedic Astrology] Re: Chart of a saint Dear professor, Kindly explain the role of 10th house with spirituality/saints?
