Since this happens in Capricorn, what effect will this have on persons having ascendants in Gemini, Leo, Aquarius and Capricorn, Cancer with rising degree around 15 ? But this time due to prolonged stationary influence of Rahu-Ketu axis the impact is going to be prolonged. For various ascending signs specially if the degree rising is 15, the influence would be as under: 1. Aries: Health of child and self, investments, relationships, conflicts and job may cause concerns. 2. Taurus: Domestic peace, property matters, job, the health of family members and income may cause concerns. 3.
