Saturn is significator for longevity and its strength adds to the longevity. Its weakness can be a disadvantage for progeny matters and longevity which can be covered to a good extent by strengthening it. I thought it may interest you to know that I am also a Libra and my Saturn in the 8th house, away from the MEP, as described by you. I am presently running 67 and I am still an active pilot with good health. Venus in my chart, though well placed in the 7th house, is in 65% old age. But I am still doing OK. This particular chart his Venus is also in the 7th House but is 60% combust. So, some strengthening is definitely in order. I am so happy to hear you are going strong.
