According to SA method what would be suggestions based on following questions

for person born on 26.Jan 1964, 23,00h, Vranje, Serbia (and Montenegro):

 

1. Does the person have potential to be accurate astrologer?  Person is very

interested in astrology for more than 7 years, but does not feel that does

prediction accurate, despite permanent learning.

 

2. Affliction on Moon in 10th and Mercury in 4th, by Ketu and Rahu,  has immense

influence on mental peace / general satisfaction of person, or that infulence

refers to health of a person?

YES, THE PERSON HAS POTENTIAL AS JUPITER CLOSELY ASPECTS THE ASCENDANT. THE

WEAKNESS OF THE PLANETS DELAYS. THE PERMANENT LEARNING THROUGH PRINCIPLES OTHER

THAN SYSTEMS' APPROACH HAS LESS CHANCE OF BRINGING ACCURACY IN PREDICTIONS.
