Guest guest
Dear Sir, In case of Aries ascendant, Jupiter, the Sun-like planet placed in Sun like house (second house) is extremely weak (say 00.05 degree) and Sun is very strong. Applying SA concept, Jupiter should act like the Sun. How should we interpret this? 1.) Strength of Jupiter is increased by 25%+25% for being Sun like planet and posited in Sun like house. Hence the strength of Jupiter will only be proportionately increased from 00.05 to say 00.08 degrees only. HENCE JUPITER STILL REMAINS WEAK. OR, 2.) As Jupiter act like the Sun and Sun is very strong, so Jupiter takes the strength of Sun to provide results during its sub periods. AND HENCE JUPITER IS ALSO CONSIDERED AS STRONG. Look forward to your valuable reply for better understanding of this concept. Thank you. Warm Regards, Deepak Sharma
Guest guest
Hello Deepak, Method at 1 is the right method for calculation of the strength. However, the strength of the Sun will give some additonal benefit to the Sun. Best wishes. - deepak sharma Saturday, March 07, 2009 2:55 PM Sun-like houses and Sun like planets Dear Sir, In case of Aries ascendant, Jupiter, the Sun-like planet placed in Sun like house (second house) is extremely weak (say 00.05 degree) and Sun is very strong.
