Guest guest Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Dear Sir, On the other day, I was watching a astro prediction program on Television and I noticed that pandit has been saying the strength of the planets in percentage. for example, the punya from previous birth is 35%; strength of sun is 20% etc. How is this calculated.
