I have come across an exception for below sutra. The below lady is my cousin and she is having 7th lord Jupiter in 6th House and 8th Lord Saturn in 7th House. She is living a happy married life for more than 25 years. Her children are very well educated and well settled. Only thing which can be considered negative is that her husband is away from home most of the time due to job . It is the ninth lord and it helps the seventh and fourth houses. Saturn rules distant places and hence the husband is away from home due to job. Debilitated Mercury also contributes to this.
