considerations for affliction

respected guruji, in the folowing chart, should we consider mercury as

afflicted? date: 12-8-2000. time: 10-30 am. place: gurgaon, india. mercury is

well placed and is in young age [placed around 15 degree] and just outside an

orb of 2 degrees from mmp. however it becomes week as mt sign of its placement

is afflicted by l12 sun. your guidance in this regard is much apriciated. many

Mercury is weak since Sun exactly afflicts the house of placement and is combust.It is afflicted because Mars afflicts it. Weak planets have an orb of affliction of 5 degrees.thanks,
