Or will these negative general significations manifest only when Sa rules

Malefic Hs and is weak and/or afflicted?

Close afflictions to 5H and the placement of lord of asdt in 5th or 11th or

8th houses can cause severe health problems to the mother.

giving birth to child mother faces severe health issues or sometimes passes
