Guest guest
Hi Lila, Here is my extremely quick high level take on the chart. Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Rahu and Ketu are the FM's. *Weakness* - Moon is weak, placed in a dusthana and in infancy - Sun is weak due to the weakness of its dispositor - Mercury is weak since its dispositor Sun is weak - Venus is weak in debilitation, infancy and a weak dispositor - Mars is weak due to its Navamsa debilitation - Saturn is weak due to placement in dusthana The only strong planet in the chart is the MMP, 8th lord Jupiter. *Afflictions* - Jupiter afflicts Saturn, 10th lord - Rahu aspects Moon and mercury The strong 8th lord in the 2nd indicates the strong possibility of him having a huge inheritance and associated status. In addition, this also indicates good signs for longevity. The extreme weakness of 6th lord and weakness of Sun and Mars indicates that he might have been plagued by ill health for in the later portion of his life, especially in the areas of the respiratory system, skin and mind. The weakness of Sun and the strong affliction to the significator of profession, Saturn, is not conducive to a strong professional life. It is likely his professional life was full of obstacles and issues and never really took off. The good placement of the 4th lord, 5th lord and strength of Jupiter indicates that it is hugely likely that the native had a good education and was well placed to start a good profession in the early part of his life. The location of Ketu in the 6th house and Rahu in the 12th house don't bode well in their sub-periods. In addition, they are very close to afflicting the MEP's, if we consider a marginal change in the time of birth. Given the leading question about his criminal record, I am going to bite and say that the nodal axis in 6-12, weakness and affliction to Moon and the weakness of Sun along with the extemely weak 6th lord are all indicative that he might have had to go to jail at some point - espeically dueing the sub-periods of Mars, Rahu, Ketu,Venus or Mercury. The strong 8th lord does not indicate early breakage of marriage - but the weakness of Venus, Sun and mars indicates a delayed or unconventional marriage. 5th lord Mercury is well placed in the 4th house and the strong jupiter signify children. However, the affliction to the weak mercury by Rahu indicates that the children will encounter issues typically in the sub-periods of Rahu, Mercury, Sun. Location of 3rd and 10th lord in the 8th indicates multiple short travels through life. Given the weakness of so many planets, I find it hard to believe that he was reknowned - but the strength of the MMP can potentially indicate a life of ill-repute. thanks, Rama 2009/7/16 <lila > > > Hello Group, > > I've been one of the silent members lately, and submit the below chart for > your perusal. Guest guest
Dear Lila,Since I enjoy trying, let me answer your chart. May be I am wrong. Here is my analysis.(1) Does he live a life of relative obscurity, or a life of renown?   In his chart, the Sun, MT lord of H4 is placed at H3 and H3 and H4 are not afflicted. The Sun is itself is free from affliction. Beside, the Sun is occupying the friend Navamsa. Again, the MEP of its MT house, ie,  H4 is receiving the influence of  the Benefic planet Mercury. I can say the Sun is Strong.  The Moon, MT lord of H3 is placed at the Malefic House, H8. and again closely afflicted by Rahu. The MEP of its MT house and house of placement are not being afflicted by any malefic planet. Again occupying the nakshatra owned by Ketu and Navamsa owned by Mars. The Moon can be considered as weak and some influence of Mars and Ketu. This indicated that he might have mind of violent nature. For the other planets, Jupiter and Venus, which are MT lord of malefic house are strong since they are placed at Benefic house and no affliction to them. For your question, since the Sun and other royal planet Jupiter, and Venus are strong, I would say he must be living in the life of somewhat renown.  (2) Is he thought well of, or of ill repute? As above, the Moon is weak and influence of Rahu, Ketu and Mars, he could not be thinking of well of, he might have some ill repute about his manner, character and sort of violent nature. (3) Fame seeking or reclusive? The Sun placed at H3. Saturn, MT lord H10 placed at H8. And the Moon, MT lord of H3 is afflicted by manipulative Rahu. He will do whatever it takes to achieve is mission. Although, he might be seeking fame, he might be end up with self destruction. (4) Was he successful, or did he fail in his profession? MT lord of H3 and MT lord of H10 are at the Malefic house, ie. H8. Their MT lords are also under the close affliction of Rahu and MT lord of H8, even though he tried himself to be someone which he dreamed off, he will eventually fall his dream profession. His luck was at the bottom between Mar 1997 and Feb 1999. (5) What might his profession have been? Judging from his Sun, Saturn, MT lord H10, he might have worked in the envrironment, sort of hard labor or secretive in nature, commanding the other to do. Probably, sort of smuggling, drug related business. (6) Did he travel for his profession, or stay relatively put? For me, he seems to be moving place to place. Since the Saturn and Moon are placed at Chara Sign. Moon is under the close influence of Rahu. (7) Do you see anything unusual regarding his children? For his children, I tried to study the Jupiter, and Mercury, MT lord of H5. Since both are placed at benefic house and receiving no affliction from malefic planets, his children are well off, well educated. (8) Does he have a criminal record? Even though he might be teasing with laws, I don’t see he is going jail. The H12, and  its lord are not afflicted. H6 and its lord are strong. I think he might not have criminal record. Guest guest
Hi, Will give it a try- Life of lot of travel - Lords of 4,5,6th are in 12th from their Mooltrikona house. Professional life could have been spent travelling a lot. 9th Lord Saturn with 3rd Lord Moon in the 8th house - could have garnered illrepute because of some religious issue. Did not receive any love from his father - could have lost his father early. Initiatives in some secretive directions. Mars, Lord of 12th in Rasi becomes debilitated in Navamsa. May not have finally suceeded and could have become reclusive in later life. Children may have come late in life, and could have been raised by his wife. However, I just google for your given birth date, and place, I found out that the native must be " Neil Armstrong " .So, I think It will not be the fair contest for the people who know how to google up with given birth data for the famous and celebrities.dear list, I understand that our list member are very respectable persons and true learners of astrology. Guest guest
> Dear Khin, Yes, I enjoy trying also, and must admit I would have been very wrong if I did not see the chart after knowing the person. -- You are correct he is renown, but no violent mind although he flew hundreds of war time military missions, so you were close. No ill repute but I would have guessed that as a possibility, as you did. " He will do whatever it takes to achieve is mission. " -- BINGO! BEST TRUTH I'VE HEARD FROM THE GROUP YET. " His luck was at the bottom between Mar 1997 and Feb 1999 " -- In the fall of 1979, as he jumped off of the back of his grain truck, his wedding ring caught in the wheel, tearing off his ring finger " Moon is finger and it is in the 8th completely afflicted by RA. He was running RA/RA. " even though he tried himself to be someone which he dreamed off, he will eventually fall his dream profession. " -- I can see this as a distinct possibility with this chart, just like you did. Oddly, it is not true. " sort of hard labor or secretive in nature, commanding the other to do. Probably, sort of smuggling, drug related business. " --The secretive and commanding seems room for truth, especially considering his enormous active military wartime background. Oddly enough, no smuggling. " For me, he seems to be moving place to place. " -- Bingo again! In addition to the military, his family moved 20 times before he was out of high school. That strength, especially because the strong lord is Jupiter, seems to have highlighted the status and the reknown achieved. Again, good learning since this is something I missed while doing the first round. thanks, Rama > by a good cause. > Y! Guest guest
Rama, I beg to differ for a moment. His 8th lord is exactly afflicting the 10th lord, Saturn, lord of profession, PLUS lord of profession is in the 8th house, which makes this a SPECIAL AFFLICTION. Can't be good. Dr. Professor has told us that Sun can help profession for Taureans. However he has also instructed us that no planet can be stronger that its depositor. Sun's depositor for Mr. Armstrong is Moon - weak, seated in the 8th, 100% afflicted by RA from the 12th. This also is a special affliction, I believe, and not good. While JU is not afflicted, it is AFFLICTING (one of the tests of a strong planet is that it is not afflicting). So Jupiter is not strong, it is an AFFLICTING 8th lord. This can't be good. I'll be the first to admit I have problems with this chart. Guest guest
Hello Lila, He has only Jupiter well placed which rules easy gains and legacies. The close influence of Rahu on the third lord makes the person adventurous. The placement of the Sun in the third house brings courage. The close influence of the fifth lord on the tenth house brings the element of intellect. All these factors would not have worked for him in the absence of the placement of Jupiter in the house of status. The good placement of eighth lord in the house of status brings easy gains with small or little efforts. - lila Monday, July 20, 2009 11:56 PM Re: Chart for Group Rama, I beg to differ for a moment.
