Yes, safe to say worked out of country for intermitent periods. But always worked FOR the country. -- Three children, yes you are right ill health -- for the girl. She got a tumor in the middle of her her brain stem at a very early age and died of pneumonia. -- Yes, there was sudden rise in carer, which had been rising without stop his entire life.
