Earlier I worked in management domain and there I didn’t succeed so I changed to software domain, since I am quite introvert & soft natured person.  In software domain also my performance is not so good. I got bad review last 2 times,although I worked very hard. I feel this time my Manager not done fair review. (He having bad impression on me in terms of technical skills & execution time) So from last 2 weeks I am behaving very tough with my Manager and planned to continue to fight to make him understand my work load.  My query: Is there any chance I will be fired soon? ( since suddenly my thinking process changed because of the above situation) Is it better to change the company?
