So far I have been able to select reasonable muhuratas for signing the deal. But as far as receiving the car is concerned, I have 2 confusions about what timing is important: 1)Whether time of picking up the new car is important 2) or the time puja is done for the new car. It would not be possible to get both of these correct. I leave in Toronto Canada and based on my Calculations, I see only Libra ascended to be good becuase of the strength of venus but correct me if I am wrong. Here are a couple of muhurata options that I have which I will apply to either 1) or 2) above whetever is suggested by learned memebers in this group. Aug 7th, 2009 from 1:55pm to 2:50pm Aug 8th, 2009 from 2pm to 2:45pm Toronto Timezone: 5:00; Daylight Savings Time:1:00 Location: 79W23 43N39 In both cases, I have selected Libra ascendant. Having Leo asct put Sun in 12th house, and having Saggitarius makes asct weak becuase of debilitated and oldage of Jupiter. I agree options are not that great. Aug 7th muhurata has Rahu manin period running with benefic Saturn sub-period. On Aug 8th, I have Ju main period with Sa sub-period. The choice should be to always avoid Rahu main-period but problem with Jupiter main period is that Ju is delibitated and in oldage, on the other hand Rahu inspite of being melfic is away from MEP and strong and so may be beneficial. Deferring the decision to Monday Aug 10th between 2:15pm to 2:40pm puts Mars into oldage and additionally, Moon in 6th house for Libra asct. Additionally, operating dasa and sub-dasa is ruled both by Mercury which is a maliefic for Libra being the ruler of 12th house. Please advise. I am trying to avoid asking local priest here becuase they do not follow SA and almost always, there advise is wrong based on my understanding.
