In your chart it is the lord of the tenth house which is under the severe affiction of Ketu. You need continuous special propitiatory remedies for Rahu, Ketu and Jupiter the details of which you can see on my website. If this chart had an MEP that was outside of the 5 degree orb of influence of natal Ketu, then this would not constitute pitru dosha even if FM natal Moon was under exact affliction of the natal Ra/Ke axis? Both the Sun and the Moon are under the afflicting influence of Rahu and Ketu besides close affliction to the fifth house. I'm not quite sure of my exact TOB - but based on what I was told my mom says between 17:30 to 18:00 and an astrologer says 17:45. I'm a soul just trying to figure out what is correct.
