First of all, let me tell you the concept of Vipreet Rajyoga is absolutely

misleading. The planets in malefic houses, except the mooltrikona sign lords of

the malefic houses in their own houses, always bring problems.

 

In the referred chart 12L in 8H does not produce any auspicious yoga but

indicates losses, expenses, obstructions and anxieties.

 

The financial and property worries are taken care of to a large extent by the

strong Mars in this chart.
