I think this goes also for the 9th house although Krushna didn't mention that. I recently read something about this topic somewhere but I will try to find it back and comment if I can find it

So is Mercury (6L) for Capricorn Ascendant next to MMP? In that case, one

should not wear Gemstone for Mercury, right?

clear that should 6th lord be weak or strong in one's horoscope.

STRONG BUT IT SHOULD NOT FORM NATAL AFFLICTIONS.

Is it the most malefic in nature after MMP,Rahu and Ketu in One's horoscope.

YOU CAN SAY IT IS NEXT TO MMP.

Even if it is a functional benefic then should we do propitiate it.

6TH LORD CANNOT BE A FUNCTIONAL BENEFIC.

And is it good that malefics should aspect the 6th house.

and the impact of benefics stuck in 6th house.

THEY BECOME WEAK AND NEED STRENGTHENING.

And sir lastly the benefits of the 6th house if any since it is 9th from

10th house.

Hello Vikas,

 

For Capricorn ascendant there is no mooltrikona sign in the sixth house.

Therefore we donot treat Mercury is lord of the sixth house.

Mercury is lord of the ninth house and acts like a Sun like planet for those

born in Capricorn ascendant.
