The cork is likely to be sold at the start of new year although im not sure,but the property has been more difficult to sell. When is it likely to be sold? Unfortunately that dispositor, Mars, is also a significator for property. Venus, another significator, is in H8 exactly conjunct Rahu. My sster has 18 Cncer rising in western astrology and 8th of the same lagna in SA. The same goes for my mother regarding Leo rising,so you are right.
