Bright student not able to find job..When he can expect job

Respected Professor,

 

Below is the birth detail of my brother.He is very bright in studies and he got

campus selection for a MNC company last 2008 august month.

But now due to recession the company not offered job and postponed the offer

indefinitely.

Kindly tel me when he will find the job?

Same company will offer the job or he will get a opportunity in different
