What is the functional reason of by born brain growth affected children’s; in

the very worse case the spinal cord growth also affected even unable to sit in

(i) close affliction of Rahu to badly placed lord of ascendant;

(ii) close affliction of Ketu to old aged Moon, the MMP.

(iii) Utter infancy of Saturn;

(iv) debilitation of the Sun;

(v) combustion of Mars, Venus and Mercury;
