Husband and wife separated since 20th May 2007 after about 2 years of marriage. They are in advanced stages of divorce negotiations. Both horoscopes have been rated as weak for longevity of marriage. The question of child custody has come up and following are the details as below. Son:DOB: 20th May 200673E52 and 18N322:40 AM Ra / Ke axis is within 5 dg orb of the Ascendant. Natal Jupiter is badly placed in VIII. Sun and Mercury are on the MEP of afflicted house III. Moon is well placed as compared to Jupiter. Mars is well placed and the major period of Mars continues for one more year after which Rahu's 18 year period starts. In D-9, Ju is badly placed. Transit Ju is debilitated. Based upon these details and position of Jupiter / Sun in Son's horoscope, is it likely that stronger influences are seen with mother and thus, custody will be retained by mother? As additional references, details of the husband and wife are as below. Major period of FB Jupiter is in progress with sub-period of MMP Venus. Jupiter is strong in the natal chart providing employment / income. The Moon is well placed. In the chart of husband Jupiter is badly placed and afflicted.
