Dear Sateesh, JHORA software displays Bokaro India with a Lat of 23 N 47 and Longitude of 85° 58' 0 " East. The exact same is displayed on MapLandia.com. Wikipedia has the same Latitude as well; Longitude is 86 E 9' Except in very rare cases - a difference of 11 minutes does not make a major difference in charting ( if that's what is being referred to here).
