KP system postulates that " A planet will primarily give the results of its star lord it is posited in ..However the (good or bad) result will be given by the sub " . 3. Let us assume that a Sun is posited in the star of Venus,the lord of VI,who is posited in the Xth house,but is posited in the sub of Mars,posited in the VIIIth...and owninmg the XIIth... The question is will Venus sub-period in Sun's dasa give a promotion,simply because Sun is in Venus star...(lord of VI in X)... No...it will only tease the native,as if it is going to happen...but it will for one reason or the other,never materialise...because Venus is posited in the sub of Mars in the VIIIth...denoting failure and disappointment...! Sun cannot give promotion or job,in its period or sub-period, because it is in sub of VIII denoting failure/disappointment... It will only tempt the native,making him feel he will get it...but in the end,for one reason or another,it will NOT take place,leading only to disappointment...
